I have one prayer book that I really like that's really effective, but I've been practicing some other manifestation and prayers. I've been watching 'The Secret' every single day. I'm thinking about buying (or maybe renting) a condo out in New York. I'm not sure yet, but I saw some really pretty condos when I was looking. The plan is to move out this apartment by the end of this year and save up my money to buy a house cash before my 30th birthday. I thought that 1,000,000 would be enough to pay off a house but I was entirely wrong. Also because of my disabilities, I would probably have to hire a staff to help me cook, clean, etc so I have to factor those costs in too. Also, factor in the costs of taxes and upkeep. So, ultimately 'no', $1,000,000 isn't enough to get the house that I want in either Alpine or Saddle River.

I remember when I first started trading and I only wished that I could make $1000/week to pay my bills on section 8. Hell, my section 8 was $20 and I could BARELY pay that. Now, I make $1000-$10,000/day. It's just sad because of the cost of living. $4000/month could've put me up in Atlanta. I don't think I can even survive on that, I would be struggling. I'm grateful for trading. I paid off 75% of my 20k debt in just a week from trading. It's just crazy because the saying 'It takes money to make money' stands true. I would try to trade with $100 a day and I would be losing so much money because I had high hopes. After networking with other traders, I learned that a small account is under 25k. Who has 25k just sitting around???? Although, I learned that bigger contracts have bigger payouts. So yeah, it's been a little difficult to trade with these tariffs too.
